Here is that list of Bogota builders (devolopers) that I promised I would put out a couple blog posts ago so that you could keep track of new projects and completed projects and just keep up with the real estate market here in Bogota, Colombia. Also, some other misc real estate sites I look at on the bottom of this list.
This list is in alphabetical order. Some builders listed here are much bigger and have longer track records than others. There are many other smaller builders that may not be listed here that have finished buildings in decent areas that you will never see unless you drive by and happen to see it and get their contact information. No recommendations implied or given in this list.
